Surrender Your Rights to God
Christ came to reconcile us to God. He taught us how to surrender our will for the Fathers.
John 8:28-29 "So Jesus said, “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and I do nothing on My own initiative, but I speak these things as the Father taught Me. 29“And He who sent Me is with Me; He has not left Me alone, for I always do the things that are pleasing to Him.”
Acts 20:24 "24“But I do not consider my life of any account as dear to myself, so that I may finish my course and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify solemnly of the gospel of the grace of God".
Paul, a former Christain hitman, exemplifies the act of true surrender. He lived no longer for his own cause but for the cause of Christ.
If you are still seking your own will, consider surrendering it to God and live out you commitment. Stop just going to church and be the Church.
