A Path Toward Righteousness

The path toward righteousness provides opportunity for me to be trasformed to the likeness of Christ's, sinless. Free from the bondage of a fallen world. Why do I still sin? I choose to. Why do I choose to? To satisfy my flesh, to fit in with the crowd, or any other numerous reasons I may try to justify.  Who is in control? Me or God? Transformation is a process of which I learn why, what, and how I must surrender my "rights" to my Father, God. I am responsible for my choices and actions. Is fulfillment is Christ impossible? No. In Christ, am I identified by God as a dirty rag? No. I am made pure through Christ. He washed away my right to guilt and shame on the cross. I am His prize. Ephesians 5:3,4 identifies how I am to reflect the immage of Christ to myself and the world. I fall short at times. I do not excuse my failure, I confess it to myself, a brother I can confide in and my Father.I must understand the root or link that caused my weakness and with God'

A Prayer for You

"I pray for you constantly, asking God , the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you spiritual wisdom and insight so that you might grow in your knowledge of God. I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance. I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God’s power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead. (Ephesians 1: 16-20,"

Proceed with CAUTION

I pray this next year you will continue in the quest God has bestowed upon you. Your relationship with Him is key. Allow Him to continue to transform you. Be careful who you allow in your camp. Watch for the enemy! Hold your position. Rely on God's supernatural power to provide you the strength you need to do His work. Be bold! Do not allow the tricks of the enemy seperate you from the Fathers presence. Keep your armor on. Know it's usefulness and power. Be prepared to render aid when needed. Decern those who seek your help. The enemy is deceitful. What appears worthy of your aid may not be. May be a weapon of the enemy to plant a vessel of destruction. Know your assignment.  Serve it well. Do not envy the works of others. Trust our Father's will for you. His strategies and tactics are not your own.. Knowing His plan is key. Fulfilling your assignment is vital to the success of His plan. Remediate, remediate, remediate. Practice makes perfect. Preparation is vital

Plug into God

Scripture describes God as being a jealous god, "for you shall not worship any other god, for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God" Exodus 34:14. This description provides you and me the benefit of understanding God's desire for us. Unlike pegan gods, God desires for us to belong to Him. So much that He sent His son Jesus Christ to die as a sacrificial payment for your and my adoption into His family. How do I fit in to the family? I must connect. Spend time with the Father. Well, like any responsible family member, I must fulfill my responsibility. Also, I must accept the words of my Father as infallable. As a loving, trusting, and obedient child. In Mathew 28: 19,20, 22:37-40, I learn of that responsibility. An invitation to connect with my Father, go fishing. One of the favorite past times known to man to build loving bonds, Fishing, "And He said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.” Matthew 4:14. Are you available? Is you
