Enduring Trust

Isaiah 12:2 " Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; For the Lord God is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation."

How many times have you done something thinking before you started that you had it under control? You thought, "No problem. I do not need any help." Before long, you were overwhelmed, weak, and discouraged.

Never assume you can live in obedience to Christ's plans under your own will or power.  YOU WILL FAIL!  There is no excuse for not developing a deeper, intimate relationship with Christ. You need His strength, His desires, His guidance, His knowledge, and above all, His loving heart.

Only you can allow Him to change you. That takes your desire, recognition of your weakness, your submission, and your surrender.  "Seek me with all your heart and I will be found by you. I will restore you and deliver you from your captivity." Jeremiah 29:11-14.

What condition is your heart?  Is it hardened with pride?  Is it broken from despair? Or weak from immobility?

Seek Him.  Christ will get you conditioned for His work.
