Complete in Mind

1 Corinthians 1:10 "Now I exhort you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all agree and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be made complete in the same mind and in the same judgment."

            Denominational and cultural divides within the body of Christ are a result of man's pride.  This scripture identifies Christ's intention to bring unity in the body. Paul got it. Why did man fall away?  Possibly due to the lost influence and discipline of the Apostles whom brought accountability to the early church. Paul's influence was Spirit led. He was not leaning on his own understanding.

            We must, through an intimate, genuine relationship with Jesus Christ, surrendered and submitted to Him, understand His desire to use us to again bring unity through discipline.  The body is not complete without it. 

            RELATIONSHIP!  Bite into that and chew.  Savor the flavor of that concept in your life. Let it nourish your spirit to grow in the truth of the living Christ.
