Encourage/develope individual responder responsibility.

Teach CPR- Goal, maintain or resuscitate life.

Return of Spontaniuos Respiration

C- Compassion- care enough to bring a change ( face the issue)
S- Strategize- negotiate
O-Observe behavior (
R- Resources (disciplinary policy)

How does the Kingdom Responder foster change in another?

A) Ignore behavoir
B) Transfer responsibility to another
C)  Demand compliance
D) Engage the individual/situation (Relationship)

Activity:

Practice implementation of material by performing CPR. Methodology of company survival

Outcome:

1) Participant recognises his/her role/responsibility in being a change agent...a vessel.
2) Participant provides evidence of comprehension through successful practice implementation of new knowledge.
3) Environment improves through enriched relationships/responsibilities. Each recognising his/her value.
4) KINGDOM flurishes.
